    Adam Ross (RP-Q)

    Outside of session, I’m a lifelong artist, I paint, draw, and sculpt, and I find calm through physical activity, whether at the gym or out in nature. I believe in the power of authentic connection, and my goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

  • Georgia Sarkis (RP-Q)

    I am especially interested in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which provides practical tools to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I also integrate elements of mindfulness and self-compassion into my work, as I believe healing requires both insight and the ability to treat ourselves with kindness.

    I have a background in Criminology, and this explains my curiosity and interest in detail. I want to understand my clients for who they are and their unique experiences. I want to create a tailored plan that’s suits you and makes sense for your life. I lead with empathy and focus on connecting with the client.

    Hello there, I am Megan Kelley, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). In addition to my RP(Q), I have a degree in Child and Youth Care with more than 5 years’ experience working with all ages including children, youth and adults as well as Indigenous populations

  • Tapiwa Masanzu (RP-Q)

    Before beginning my journey toward becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, I worked with community agencies. These experiences taught me that resilience often emerges in the face of hardship and reinforced my belief that everyone deserves compassionate support during life’s challenges.

  • Kendall Stallard (RP-Q)

    I take a psychodynamic approach to treatment, which involves making a connection between how your past experiences may have influenced current problems within your mind, body and spirit. I have a passion for trauma and grief counselling, and working with anyone who is looking to improve their overall wellbeing.

  • Caroline Lao Se Mai (RP-Q)

    I work with adults and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting students and professionals facing academic or workplace pressures, as well as individuals exploring questions of identity, belonging, and cultural adaptation.

This integrative approach allows clients to gain both clarity and concrete tools for meaningful change.

    My approach is Adlerian in nature. I believe that strong interpersonal relationships are what allow us to cope with difficult times and heal from past wounds. My method combines elements of Exposure Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better navigate the precarious line between their authentic selves and the demands of society
