Adam Ross

I’m Adam Ross, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University and a former Canadian Armed Forces infantry soldier. My passion for psychotherapy grew out of a desire to support others through life’s toughest moments, particularly those navigating trauma, identity, or transitions.

With a foundation in integrative therapy, I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and narrative practices to meet each client where they are. I’m especially committed to working with veterans, first responders, and individuals who have experienced complex trauma, loss, or attachment ruptures.

MINDFULL AND ECLECTIC.

My approach to psychotherapy person-centred with an artistic flare

Outside of session, I’m a lifelong artist, I paint, draw, and sculpt, and I find calm through physical activity, whether at the gym or out in nature. I believe in the power of authentic connection, and my goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
I’m honored to walk alongside you in your journey. Feel free to reach out, I look forward to connecting..

"Through the art of healing and the healing of art, I help others uncover the beauty within their own stories, transforming pain into creation and silence into expression."
